The draft of ‘Lawyers’ Conduct Instructions’ is discussed

Thursday, July 21^st , 2022 at Shiraton Hotel in Erbil, along with President of Kurdistan Bar association Mr. Bakhtiar Haidar, Council members of KBA and a group of Kurdistan Region Lawyers, a consultancy meeting was held by Investigation Organization supported by American National Fund for democracy with cooperation of KBA. The topic was preparing a draft for (Lawyers’ Conduct Instructions).

In a meeting which took several hours, begun by a speech of the Investigation Organization representative Consultant Mr. Peshawa Husamaddin and He starts to directing the meeting too. Then Mr. Bakhtiar Haidar president of Kurdistan Bar Association made a speech and focused on the importance of the topic and appreciated those who prepared the Draft.

 Lawyers’ Conduct Instruction is a body of articles related to lawyers’ act of practices, etiquettes, behaviors of lawyers which must be done in their daily routines under the Act of Law Practice Articles No. 17 in 1999 the amended and effective.

At the end of the meeting, a memorial photo was taken.
